I am currently recommending decompression to everyone who has shared similar stories with me about back pain, because from my experience, this has been the safest, most effective solution I've found.

When I first came in I was in quite a bit of pain everyday and getting worn out from it. Today I still am experiencing some pain, but it definitely is better which is great! I will take any relief I can especially if I can avoid surgery.

Before using the DRX. I had gone to therapy for 6 weeks but still had pain and just about unable to walk. After starting the DRX I calk without pain and I'm also able to do housework and able to have a full nights sleep.
